Central Vermont Share the Music, Inc.

Central Vermont Share the Music, Inc. (CVSM) produces one major fundraising event each year for the purpose of creating a fund for music scholarships. The music scholarships are awarded to Vermont individuals to further their music education at any level.

This year's CVSM annual fundraising event will be the 13th Annual Used Musical Instrument Sale, and it will be held on Friday, August 28, and Saturday, August 29, 2009. We have secured the same location as the last several years, which is the Bethany Church on Main Street in downtown Montpelier.

Here's a look at a previous Annual Used Musical Instrument Sale!

The inventory for the Annual Used Musical Instrument Sale is community-fed by the local population, bringing their unneeded musical instruments and accessories to sell on consignment during the one-day sale.

The CVSM support staff was on hand to assist customers in choosing the right instrument. Music teachers were also on hand to assist with the selling and to provide information about lessons.

CVSM sends a special "thank you!" to all of our terrific volunteers! It takes a lot of people to produce this event and to make everything flow smoothly. CVSM greatly appreciates all those who worked on the Annual Used Musical Instrument Sale weekend.
